Holiday house outside the city
Individual house.
A home for a family that values silence, nature and the aesthetics of simplicity. These family values are reflected both in planning decisions and in finishing natural materials. The dimensions of the house are designed for a comfortable stay of six people, although the interior space is quite compact.
Each living room of the house offers a panoramic view of the Dnieper River.
Outdoor recreation was also a priority, so a number of terraces with passive relaxation functions, a spa area and a barbecue area are provided.

The building consists of 3 functional blocks: the living room-studio is the central area, and bordering it are the master bedroom blocks from the south and guest rooms to the north. The central part of the building is separated from the facade by continuous panoramic glazing and a raised roof.
A panoramic view of the Dnipro River opens from every living room of the house.
The priority for the family is recreation in the fresh air, so the plot includes a number of terraces for an open summer kitchen, a spa area and a barbecue area.
