A&J House

Residential building.

The design site is bordered by roads from the north and west and oriented towards the forest massif from the east. Placement involves entering the site from the west and maximum orientation to the east.

The building consists of three functional blocks: a living room-studio in the middle, a master bedroom block on the north and a block of children's rooms on the south. All blocks have access to the eastern view terraces as well  private terraces in the south and north.

The building has a traditional sloping silhouette. At the same time the room  common use, studio and dining room, located in the area of the largest ceiling. Significant removal of the roof prevents direct sunlight from entering the premises.

The decoration of the facade and interior emphasizes the structural elements of the building.
