The exterior was designed taking into account the historical environment. The volume is one and a half meters deeper from the red line of the facade, which allowed to form an open terrace and visually soften the superstructure over the historic building. The rhythm of the window openings of the facade is repeated with the first and second floors. The volume of the superstructure on the floor is justified by the height of the surrounding buildings. Contrasting color scheme and the ratio of finishing materials are chosen to emphasize the historic buildings and create an accent perception of modern volume.
